"My dad has a good relationship with the staff and has a laugh with them. I can approach any staff member and talk about my dad and any concerns I have. They keep me updated on doctors' appointments. Dad also says if he fancies something different to eat the cook will sort this out for him. The main thing is my dad says he's happy living at Carleton Court."
