Our care facility isn't a prison; it has been designed to give residents a home from home where they feel supported yet in control. We offer support with essential daily activities, including washing, dressing, and eating, and encourage participation in social activities and gentle exercise, for better mobility and quality of life.
Services include:

• Long and short stay
• Respite and convalescence
• Local GP service
• Varied menus and special diets
• Personal laundry service
• Regular activities and outings
• Visiting clergy
• No restrictions on visiting

We don't believe in boring mealtimes
Wholesome dishes are freshly prepared each day, and our varied menu caters to all tastes and dietary requirements. Alongside meal provision, our staff monitor medications and collaborate with local healthcare professionals to ensure each resident is getting the nutrients they need.
Keeping Carleton Court Residential Home social
Moving to a care home shouldn't mean losing the things you love. We encourage all residents to pursue personal interests and hobbies, and will happily plan activities, games, outings, and social events. We want all those we support to feel fulfilled, whatever their interests. This is also offered for our day care and respite care clients, providing additional support and flexibility for guests and family to get involved in the fun.

Giving families peace of mind

Sue S, Carehome.co.uk
Mum has been here for nearly a year now and has settled extremely well. The staff are amazing, and Mum feels like she is a member of family. Mum has always had a great appetite and loves the food. I've been away recently, and I could go knowing mum was in such good care.
