"My Mum has been a resident at Carleton Court for the last two and a half years during which time she has had excellent care. Sadly, Mum passed away recently at Carleton Court. The love, care, compassion and dignity which was shown to Mum by all the care team during her final days was excellent. Also the care and compassion which was shown to the rest of the family during this difficult time by all the staff and I mean all the staff, domestic, cooks, care teams (day and night) and the manager was superb, we couldn't have asked for more. Losing Mum has been heart-breaking for the family but with the help of everyone at Carleton Court we have managed to cope. The whole team do an excellent job, showing love, care compassion and dignity to their residents at all times. Family members are always made welcome and encouraged to join in with the resident activities. Carleton Court is a well managed residential home with friendly staff who make all the residents feel safe, loved and cared for."
